After working in the Early Childhood Industry for over 20 years and participating in Child Protection courses most years, I have to say that this was the first that I actually enjoyed! I especially loved the emphasis on validating children's feelings everyday in every situation. Thank you for keeping real-life stories to a minimum and only sharing those that were necessary to make a point. I've been in countless training sessions where the facilitator has focused primarily on the sick perpetrators and used numerous photos to identify them and describe how they groomed their victims - totally unnecessary and in many cases harmful to colleagues for whom child abuse has been a real-life event. Great job in developing the 7 steps and finally I can say that I will be able to implement some practical tips into my workplace. Thank you and kind regards
