About this training

Are you confident you are meeting food safety requirements in your tuckshop or canteen? This training covers food safety basics for tuckshop/ canteen convenors and volunteers.  This training in a great update course for experienced convenors or a simple orientation for new convenors and volunteers.  For convenors, asking your volunteers to complete simple food safety training is an important part of managing food safety risks in your tuckshop and may reduce the supervision you need to provide to volunteers. 

This food safety training course meets the requirements of Standard 3.2.2A Food Safety Management Tools and covers all the necessary food safety requirements needed for food handlers under the new standard.

  • Personal hygiene
