Building successful relationships with parents can be tricky. Parents can make you feel appreciated and supported, or leave you wondering if this job is for you. There is a way to get them onside!
Key to Kids will present several practical strategies for people working with children who may not respond to initial reminders and requests. By firstly acknowledging children’s feelings, carers and educators can build trust and respectful relationships with the children they are responsible for.
This 2-hour course explores practical ways to build your relationship with parents in order to create successful outcomes and an enjoyable experience working together.
